A small change of attitude

We need to understand that life is also like a game. As you know very well all games like Cricket, Lawn Tennis, Football and Shuttle Badminton etc., have their own rules and regulations. Let us take the popular game cricket, which is played in India. In this game there are rules and regulations such as number of players, a leader or the captain to lead, the rest of the members team squad, the specialist bowlers, the spin bowlers, fast bowlers and all the players are supposed to know the rules and regulations (laws) of the game.

To qualify to play such games and before they are selected in the National squad, they have to play local tournaments. There, the selection committee will be watching their performance in all aspects like their fielding ability, leadership qualities, their temperament, their behavior on and off the field and various other aspects of their personality.

What does it mean? It means that your future is decided by those who are experts in such game like cricket. And captain of the team should have all the leadership qualities. He should be able to handle the various skills of the players. He has to have full plan of the game before the match starts. He has to motivate his team members and he should also have positive temperament and he should be an example to the rest of the team members, and he should also be in a position to accept the defeat in a graceful manner and be able to take remedial measures. Imagine for instance, there are no rules and regulations, there are no judges, empires, referees whose word is final.

Can anyone see the game of cricket or any other game without rules and regulations, without selection committee, without judges, referees and empires. There will be chaos. Everybody will be playing according to their own rules and regulations and their own style and there will not be any spectators to watch the game. There will be chaos.

The simple truth is that we are living in a society. Society means lot of people around you who have come from different walks of life, with different skills and attitudes. If you have to be selected in a national team, you will be examined in various aspects other than your sporting skills. Mainly the way you behave with the management, your interactions with the co-players, the spectators, the Press, with everybody around you and who are controlling the destiny and you cannot say, cannot complain that you do not have any freedom. If you are given freedom, there will be chaos.

Even the game is also having certain limitations which you are supposed to follow like in a game of cricket the field is decided may be 80 or 75 yards and beyond that you are not supposed to play the game. It is very important, it is also fundamental law that since you are living with the people you should also respect their skills, their views, their experience, their opinions, take their suggestions and advice in a very sportive manner.

Unfortunately, if we look at the present-day scenario in the game of life, in our life people almost all the human beings have deep urge to get importance, recognition, name fame, status, appreciation and lot of other expectations on their own terms. But who has to give the recognition, appreciation, awards and titles? It is not you; it is not we; it is the people who decide. It has to be given by the people. But we cannot demand from the people that we need recognition, importance, status etc.

These basic laws, most of the people have forgotten today. That is the reason in today’s society there are lot and lot of problems, mainly inter relationship is very problem. There it seems your psychological needs like whatever we have named just now the name and fame, recognition etc. are not fulfilled. Hence most of us, we get frustrated, we are angry. A number of suicidal cases are increasing. There are cases of depression. There are cases of divorces for a small thing or a small issue is mainly because we only think from our side. We do not follow the rules and regulations that lay down by the society. We think that we are a special and we have all freedom to behave as we like. What is the end result? The end result is that you will be frustrated because people will not give any recognition because you demand. Your relationship with others also will be having a very big problem and you end up in getting frustrated. That addiction and lot of other negative things will be controlling your life. Hence, we need to take some time to analyze. Why the things are going in astray in our life?

I see lot of people have immense talents and positive qualities but unfortunately, they do not understand the basic laws of game of life. They are always one sided. They only see from their point of view. They do not regard that the coin has two sides. To gain something you have to lose something.  To lose something whole heartedly without feeling anything is a positive quality. Then only the nature will reward whatever you need. If you are giving love to others, in return you will also get love. If you respect the laws, general rules and regulations of the society you will also be respected and this is very fundamental truth.

On daily basis we need to have introspection of what happened. This introspection we have to do before going to bed every day by reviewing the entire day’s activities how we behaved during the daytime with office people, with family members, friends and with colleagues. Because of us how many people were happy and how many people were unhappy. We have to analyze ourselves without bias on daily basis. This will help us to overcome any shortcomings we have which is common factor with everybody and improve our relationships.  A small change of attitude in our life will bring about great happiness, unlimited happiness, joy and peace.

Only thing is, we should respect others when we need others to respect us. It is two-way process, not one way process, not one-sided process. There has to be exchange of energies in equal shares. It is very simple. Take life as very easy, very casual. Don’t think of anything serious and don’t try to be emotional because whenever you are emotional your rational thinking will disappear and always have a practical attitude and there are lot of small techniques and tips which we can easily master in order to control situations and also the people in very harmonious way. Life is not complicated at all. We only make it complicated. By following simple truths, simple things, we can bring about lot of happiness around us and enjoy our lives to fullest extent possible. If you want to be successful, all you need is to be open-minded. And don’t try to react instantly. Take some time and respond.

ఇప్పుడు ఒక మంచి విషయాన్ని మీకు చెబుతాను. ప్రతీ వారు సొంతంగా జీవితంలో ఎదగాలంటే, కొన్ని విషయాలు తప్పనిసరిగా పాటించాలి.

చదువుతున్నవారు, చదువుకున్నవారు, ఉద్యోగాలు చేసేవారు, వాణిద్య సంస్థలు నడిపేవారు, పొలిటికల్ ఫీల్డ్ లో ఉన్నవారు, కార్పొరేట్ సంస్థలలో పనిచేసే వారు, కార్మికులు, ఇంకా మాట్లాడితే అందరికీ ఇప్పుడు చెప్పే విషయాలు చాలా ఉపయోగపడుతాయి. ప్రతీవారు కొన్ని కమ్యూనికేషన్ స్కిల్స్ నేర్చుకోవాలి, సమయానుగుణంగా.

కొన్ని సందర్భాలలో, మనం ఎదుటి వారితో మాట్లాడేటప్పుడు, జాగ్రత్తగా మాట్లాడాలి. ఎందుకంటె, కొన్ని సార్లు, తప్పుడు మాటలు మాట్లాడితే కొంపలంటుకుంటాయి. బదనాం అవుతాం, ప్రజలు విశ్వసించరు, మనమీద నమ్మకం ఏర్పడదు.  ఎవరితో ఎలా మాట్లాడాలి, ఏవిధంగా మాట్లాడాలి, ఎప్పుడు మాట్లాడాలి, ఎందుకు మాట్లాడాలి, దేనిగురించి మాట్లాడాలి, అనే విషయాలు తెలుసుకోవాలి. మనిషిని బట్టి, బిజినెస్ చేసే విధానాల బట్టి మాట్లాడాలి. అందుకే అన్నారు పెద్దలు, లోక జ్ఞ్యానం తెలుసుకోవాలని. అప్పుడే ప్రతీ వారు జీవితంలో ఉన్నత స్థాయికి చేరుతారు. అప్పుడు మన జీవన విధానం మారుతుంది, సంపాదన పెరుగుతుంది, ప్రజలలో పలుకుబడి పెరుగుతుంది.

ఇలాంటి కమ్యూనికేషన్ స్కిల్స్ నేర్చుకోవాలంటే కొంత ఓపిక ఉండాలి, నేర్చుకోవడానికి ఉత్సాహం చూపించాలి. మనం ఇప్పుడు కొన్ని విషయాలు, మాట్లాడుకుందాం. ఆ తరువాత్త ఒక్కటొక్కటి వివరంగా చెబుతాను.

మొదటిది. 

మన వైఖరిలో చిన్న మార్పు. దీనినే ఆ స్మాల్ చేంజ్ అఫ్ ఆటిట్యూడ్ అంటారు.

రెండవది.

మనసులో దృష్టి పాటించాలి. దీనినే ఫాలో యువర్ ఇంట్యూషన్  అంటారు .

మూడవది. 

మర్యాదలు మనిషి స్వభావాలు. దీనినే మన్నెర్స్ అండ్ మేనరిజం  అంటారు.

ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే ఒక వంద విషయాలు మనం చర్చించుకోవచ్చు రాబోయే కాలంలో. కాబట్టి, ఇప్పుడు, "మన వైఖరిలో మార్పు" అంటే  “A Small Change of Attitude” గురించి క్లుప్తంగా ఈ వీడియో లో చెబుతాను.

It is a city and thickly populated residential locality.  There are two poor friends, who live with their family people and children.  Both these friend families live separately in a hut side by side, in a 50 squares land.  Of course, both these two friends are in the middle age group.  These two friends earn their Lively-hood by doing small petty vegetable business and fruit business.  Both families participate in all the house-hold functions, pujas and attend marriages of their known persons.  They lived happily.

As one knows, any family purchases any gold item or silver item or any garments or furniture on any major festival occasion, the neighbour family feels curse and jealous.  It is nothing but natural.  Everywhere the cursing and feeling jealous of somebody do happen.  In every of a family, these cursing expressions could be seen.

On one day, due to elections season, a well-known person of that city floats a new political party for contesting elections in that city.  This new political party invited all the people of that city to enrol party membership.  These two friends who live as neighbours enrol their names in the new political party. One friend, who was showing much interest in politics, works hard for the party and the party recognizes his services and gives a responsible position as an important functionary to this party.       

During the election days, this friend works hard along with others and canvasses for the party.  This new party majority member who was nominated to contest the elections gets elected.                  

This friend, who worked hard and earns some good amount of money through pyravi (negotiations) and as middleman also and earned money, and then this friend purchases a good piece of land around 400 square yards and constructs a four storied building with ultra-modern design in a span of two years.  He even purchases brand new car. Then this rich friend and his family members shifts from their Hut to this new building and lived happily after discarding the vegetable and fruit business.

Then the Priest asked the Hut Friend, if you want money, gold, silver or good job, I will get you.  Then the Hut Friend replied, no sir, I do not want anything.  Then the Priest asked the Hut Friend, what you need to become like your neighbour friend who has built the building in front of your Hut.  Then the Hut Friend replied to the Priest.  Sir, please make by rich friend to live like me in a Hut.  The Hut Friend also told the Priest that my rich friend should not live in that building and the Government to demolish that new building and razed to the ground, in view of his illegally earning the money through “Pyravis” (negotiations) and as “middleman”

Then the Priest told the Hut Friend that the fate of a person cannot be changed.

The Priest also told the poor Hut Friend that opportunities and luck knocks the door and at that time, one has to utilize such opportunities.

Then the Hut Friend kept mum and used to never watch his rich friend’s building from the next day.  Poor Hut Friend and his family members continued to live in their Hut without any murmuring, jealous and sadism. So, the meaning of this story is that
“murmuring, jealousness and sadism never pay’s”.  Only sheer hard work pays a person that too lucks also to favour such person.

The Aghora is a very vast subject, but here it is being explained in brief, a very little bit, as the readers may be able to know about the Aghori and their acts who are engaged in post-mortem rituals on dead bodies.

Mainstream Dharma (Sanathana Dharma) believes that ultimate goal of life is to attain salvation, but it is not at the cost of worldly pleasures.

This is according to Vedas - Brahmacharya, Grihastha, Vanaprastha, Sannyasa are mandatory in mainstream dharma and one should not willingly skip any of the above and Sanathana Dharma emphasize on individual contribution to society.

Aghoris the most fascinating alchemists:

Aghoris are the most advanced tantriks.

They have mastered the tantra sastra which is also a branch of Yoga.

The entire space which we call as Aakash seems to be an empty, but in reality, it is filled with full of unseen energies.

This Aakash is filled with energies which are nothing but, positively, negatively and neutrally charged atoms and molecules of elements.

A lot of roomers was spread about the Aghoris.

Finally, Paul Brunton arrived at the spot where the Aghori was staying alone.

When the Aghori noticed these two people approaching him, he tried to scare them by throwing stones.

The local guy was very much scared, but the Paul Brunton pursued him that the Aghori was trying to scare us, as the stones were directed at a wrong place, as the Aghori only wanted to scare them and dissuade them not to approach him.

But Paul Brunton courageously approached this Aghori, and all of a sudden, the Aghori had become calm and quiet and with a lot of courtesy invited Paul Brunton and offered him a seat on a stone.

Then he turned to the local guy and addressed him in the local language stating that the Paul Brunton was his guest and in order to honour his guest, he ordered this local guy to cut a small piece from the dead body which was lying on a bank of a small lake near his ashram.

The local guy was dam scared, but he was more scared about the Aghori than the dead body. Aghori gave him a small knife and the local guy gathering his bits slowly approached the dead body reluctantly with closed eyes, he cut a small piece of flush from this dead body.

Paul Brunton was very much surprised by watching this drama as a spectator.

Finally, the local guy came back and handed over the small piece of flush which he took out from the dead body.

Then this Aghori noticed that this local guy cut his finger while attempting to cut the flush from the dead body.

The blood was running down, and this Aghori placed his hands on the bleeding finger, and said Oh My God, you are bleeding.

Don’t worry. Now your small wound is healing.

When the Aghori removed his hand, there was no trace of any blood or that small cut which was also noticed by Paul Brunton.

Again, the Aghori went inside, he took out a clay pot, poured some water placed his vet, the flush from the dead body and he started cooking on the fire.

Without any word Paul Brunton was watching the drama as he was very much astonished.

After a while, the Aghori brought some leaves of a nearby tree, washed them with water and he placed couple of Ron structures which were looking like small balls on these leaves.

One leaf he offered to local guy and the other one to the Paul Brunton and to his shock the local guy noticed it was nothing but Rasgulla. It was not dead flush.

It was not the flush from the dead body.

The local guy explained to Paul Brunton, it was called Rasgulla, which was a sweet meat.

Then the Aghori politely offered these Rasgullas to Paul Brunton.

When tasted by Paul Brunton it was so sweet and a lot of juicy syrup was oozing out and both of them enjoyed.

This is how that Aghori who mastered the tantra sastra, the science of tantra changed the molecular structure of this flush from the dead body and transformed to Rasgulla by changing the molecular structure.

This is what is called as a manipulation of the atom of molecular structure.

You disassociate a particular physical structure and re-arrange the atoms of the molecules from the same physical structure to rebuild another physical structure when the structure changes the function will also change.

That is why, we call the Aghoris are the most powerful and affective alchemists.

But they are misunderstood by lot of people, because no person will be daring enough to approach them and study them from close quarters.

The Aghori (Sanskrit aghora) are ascetic Shaiva sadhus.

The Aghori are known to engage in post-mortem rituals.

Aghora may refer to The Hindu God Bhairava, a form of Shiva.

Aghoris feel that the sadhana in cremation ground removes fear.

Most of the people are afraid and scared of Aghoris, because of their powers and Aghori have number of names in the country.

The book specifies that Baba Keena Ram was the founder and the Adiguru of Aghori tradition.

The book also justifies that Lord Shiva spent most of his time in cremation ground doing sadhana.

Some say that Baba Keena Ram was the incarnation of Lord Shiva himself.

The Hindus do believe that Lord Dattatreya was the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva all in single body.

The Aghori goes into complete darkness and lives till they get self-realization and they use corpses to invoke the mother Goddess known as Shamshan Tara.

NON-LINGUISTIC LANGUAGE is generally mingled and used in other languages by many people, when they are at other languages spoken places.

Even the foreigner's languages are quite often mingled with other languages due to expression of words and speaking problem People who live in State/Country borders, the impact of mingled or clubbed languages used will be high and is very often observed. 

European languages like Italian, Russian, Spanish, Greek, Latin, are sometimes inter and intra-mingled and like that in Indian Languages, Sanskrit, Pali, Devangari, Dravida, Arabic, Parsi words are mostly mingled and inter & intra-connected while speaking and writing. In the present globalization scenario, many words of different country's languages are used very often so that people are able to understand what the other person is saying.

People like motherland and mother tongue language, respect their language and shower affection on their local language and would like to express their feeling while speaking/writing. This is called Sahityam, which speaks of literary expertise in respective living literary areas.

The language spoken/written indicates people’s culture and national integration.

The word makes magic in our lives. The love, passion fashion, mission, relation etc will be in order, when we use words properly, sensibly and tactfully.

Languages are made to use accordingly to the situation using proper proverbs, quotations, phrases, short stories, examples, experiences to give effective suggestions when people in problems will definitely give solace when you work with proper modulation. 

It gives more impact and importance to the situation.

When you want to give the information, you should use words properly and with firm voice. 

Use minimum words and try to convey the message. 

Lengthy and deviated conversation weakens the purpose.

They may lose the interest to get information or suggestions. 

All the time we can not practice the type of procedure.

By seeing the situation, we can change phrases, quotations, proverbs make the conversation very interesting and effective.

A balanced positive talk with durable pleasant positive vibration makes the other person feel like spending more time in your company.

A kind of bond will be created.

We should use the language with proper pitch and it should depict your feelings, emotions, reactions and your moods.

Accordingly, the other person should understand and react into the situation.

The language or the words should convey the message correctly without confusion.

Practicing this usage of words is very easy.

Keep the mind cool and clear in your thoughts.

Be firm when you want to convey the message. 

Do not get confused when others disturb you.

While you talk with others, words usage should be limited.

When you put it on the paper it can convey the message properly and completely with balanced good expression.

Indian languages have so many appropriate, expressive words.

We can play with the words to convey any impression, expression, emotion, reaction or feeling and son on.

But think with the mind, heart and soul.

Think in a positive way and deliver with proper words.

People should remember and think of you like a human being.

Another important aspect which could change and transform your life in a better way by increasing your influence and improving your relationship and lead to the road of success depends on using the words carefully while speaking to others.

The words are very important and powerful tools and it all depends on how you use these words.

As explained in earlier lectures, these words carry tremendous energy of your strong intent or will.

The energy of confidence, the energy of your assertiveness and these words which are nothing but sounds carry a very powerful magnetic field which is very intelligent.

When these words are spoken with 100 percent pure intent, honesty, conviction etc of the positive energies, it will affect the magnetic field of listener or listeners.

Every human being, being a magnetic will have his own magnetic field which is invisible and forms a circle around the body.

When we give speech in the form of words of magnetic sounds, it touches the magnetic field of listeners and in physics one reaction takes place which is called as inductance. 

Here, when they are meeting at one point, there will be an exchange of energies and these energies carry your thoughts, your suggestions, your ideas your concepts. 

If your thoughts are full of inner conviction, honesty, pure in nature, will definitely influence the magnetic fields of listener in a very positive way and all will be attracted towards how you and will be more receptive.

While addressing, you should also follow certain tactical steps which we have already described in various prerequisites like change your voice i.e., modulating your voice ups & downs will also have a very good positive impact on others.

This was proved by the scientists working at NASA.

Vedas are recited with a very specific and particular modulation of voice.

When you speak this way, sending the messages in the form of mantras create a very magnetic field which will influence the magnetic fields offers and brings about a positive reaction and response.

Hence, try to culture your voice and you can practice at home, learn how to modulate the voice, when to take the voice up, when to take the voice down.

But one thing, use words in a very proper way.

They should be very polite and very appealing.

I also give lot of importance to the usage of words and nothing but words, because the words are the only powerful tools of the communication.

If the words are not there, there is no communication and when there is no communication there is evolution.

Hence, try to use words very sparingly and talk only when you required.

Thus, you can conserve lot of inner energy.

One small wrongly used word will spoil the entire interview or inter-personal relationship.

Hence, always practice and practice your presentation at home.

One very well-known marketing or a director of a very big pharmaceutical company who had graduated from the Business School of Harvard University had the habit of always doing the presentation all alone much before the actual meeting begins. 

I had seen lot of seniors and highly successful people plan much before and list out things on a piece of paper, make rehearsals, before the actual presentation and achieved tremendous success.

Only one word about which most of the people, mostly the ‘teenagers do not understand, but use vey frequently the word as “individuality”.

Without knowing the deeper meaning of this word, it is misused, misunderstood and misinterpreted by most of the people.

A teenage boy or a girl when the elder’s comment about their dressing code, they react that they had their own individuality, they had their own freedom to wear what they would like to wear. 

This they call as individuality. 

According to them individuality means to have their own freedom starting from the dressing code, their physical appearance, their conscious, their ideas, they germ all these in one single capsule called individuality.

But, one thing they forget is all these impressions, ideas; concepts are formed by watching around their environments.

The type of movies now-a-days they see, the type of magazines, the type of advertisements, the type of concepts they are highly influenced by the surrounding environment.

Even the greatest scientists they confirm those factors with more than genetic effect, the environmental effect works on the personality of the human beings.

Unfortunately, the reading hobby has come down and the type of books available in the market they will never help in the self-development of the individual persons. 

The idea, the concept or the personality trades of the writers are imposed on the young readers who could not differentiate between what was required for their personality development, but on the contrary their emotions are easily influenced. 

As discussed in earlier lectures, the human beings could be stimulated or through their emotions rather than their intellect or the rational thinking. 

The same thing here, it is applied by the producers, directors, actresses and the politicians, the entire environment does not give practical meaning for life.

They always take you in higher up in the fantasies in the dream world.

They always take you away from the reality.

That is the reason most of the teenagers are frustrated and before they realize their potentials, most of them are becoming addicted to alcohol. 

Most of celebrities are having depression, frustration, anxiety, and neurosis and are terminating their lives.

The reason is very simple. It is nothing but the influence of the external factor is influencing your inner personality.

Right from the child-hood, your college atmosphere, the school atmosphere, the ragging by the senior students, in the most uncivilized ways and then the pictures you see, the books reading, the magazines you are reading and the type of friends and the type of movies, all these are making the artificial personality.

Earlier, the scientists used to behave with the genetic influence would be more on the personality trade, but the recent studies have proved that the environment influence is greater than the genetic influence.

Now-a-days, the entire generation is under the influence of the surrounding environment. 

Thus, the real potentials are masked by the artificial real personality trades.

There is always a conflict between the natural personality trades and the acquired personality trades from the surrounding environments and the social conditions. 

That is the reason the teenagers are unable to resolve the inner conflicts, one is natural and the other one is unnatural.

This is the reason most of the youngsters are terminating their lives before realizing the potentials.

The influencing personalities like the cinema stars both actresses and actors are super imposing on the natural personality trades of the youngsters mostly the teenagers.

That is how they lost their own hidden potentials and talents.

Mostly, they have become imitators than originators.

They are capable of producing and contributing so many useful things to the entire world, but unfortunately as informed earlier, that their own personality is being suppressed as they imitate the personality trades of the actors and actresses. 

The quality of the movies, of late, has come down with lower and lower moralities.

Actually, there are no moralities at all in the movies. 

The visual impact is always more influencing and that is what happening at this time and even the advertisements are misleading.

The celebrities do not care for the welfare of the society and for the sake of money, even promote the cheapest products.

The common people will imitate the same thing like smoking cigarettes or using sub-standard products since their beloved heroes advertise.

Thus, unfortunately, the present youth is embracing the un-useful personality trades of the people whose contribution to the society is less than zero.

At least, time has come for the present youth.

This is a wake-up call. Don’t be an imitator. You have tremendous potential.

Try to imitate patriots, the greatest people who have contributed to the society and to the common people of this world.

Also, try to logically analyse what is the meaning of individuality.

You cannot have your own freedom when you are living in a society.

For example, you are studying in a particular school and the school decides the uniform which could be standard for all the students and if you rebel and refuse to wear because there your individuality was hurt, then you will be losing the opportunity of studying in the school along with other students. 

Similarly, if you refuse to follow the dress code in an organization, then you will not get a job.

The present youth of India have got great potentials to develop their own personality instead of being an imposter.

Spend time qualitatively. 

The life is a gift from the God and use the life for the betterment of the society.

Expand your consciousness and live life independently with your own inborn personality trades.

Now, we are dealing with some of the negative energies.

I don’t wish to call them as prerequisites. 

Now-a-days, the entire world is suffering from one disorder or disease called depression or frustration. 

These two are negative energies, but, in my view and frustration are very common.

There is nothing negativity in these energies.

Even the most successful people when they were interviewed confessed that they have also passed different phases in life, the negative energies like depression, anxiety, and frustration.

Most of them could come out from these energies within short span of time.

When a human being is sick immediately the doctor will advise some pathological test.

The patient will be weak, he will have high temperature, he will not have appetite and the blood report reveals there was a presence of bacteria and increased number of WB cells which forms the defensive mechanism of the human body.

Similarly, depression is also a mental action to an inflection.

This is very common and natural. 

Every human being, at one stage or the other will have to pass through these depressions, frustrations, anxiety and lot of other negative energies.

But only thing is that this depression we should not analyse it to survive for a long time.

So, what is the best way to combat this depression or anxiety? 

Even in my case, I had depressions and frustrations on many occasions.

But I allow it to exist for not more than 15 minutes. 

What I do is that, I immediately change my clothing, I take fresh bath, sing a song and whistle the song, and I think all positive achievements in the life and I just go out for a walk, maybe I go to restaurant, have snacks, tea and relax myself. 

The depression has gone within 15 minutes.

Whenever you undergo depression or a frustration, just think of the best moment you had in your life and think all your best achievements in your life.

Every human being is born with tremendous potential and is capable of doing many greater things. 

Unfortunately, because of environmental influence one gets depression.

But he starts remembering his positive achievements and how he had achieved set goals in his life and how he was successful in different fields, he goes to the past and thinks about the happiest moments, the energy of depression will be dissolved and disintegrated immediately.

When you start thinking off your own achievements slowly you gain confidence and when you gain confidence the depression cannot survive in the company of confidence. 

I am once again repeatedly assuring and emphasizing that every human being including the most successful people in the world have passed this depression, anxiety, frustration and disappointments and negative energies. 

But the great quality they had is all are optimistic and hopeful for their future and constantly put forth their efforts.

Similarly, even a common man can become a celebrity or could become potential contributor for the good cause of the society.

For God’s sake, do not to be worried or scared about depression, frustration and they are the part of the life.

Sometimes, the depression will stimulate self confidence in most of the people who have positive thinking. 

This is also a feedback mechanism.

If Mahatma Gandhi was not insulted and not thrown out of the compartment and abused, he would have not become a great leader.

Similarly, you can see the life history of great people, all negative situations, and negative events made them very strong.

Then why you can’t? You can also become and achieve greater things in your life. Never give up hopes always live with hopes. 

After the storm, there is always calm. After the sunshine there are showers of rain.

I once again appeal to all the youngsters, kindly think that you are also made by the God, and the God’s creation there are no clause.

Similarly, in you there is no clause, you are born to do greater things.

You are born to achieve so many things. 

You are born to contribute to the society many good things.

Do not give up.

Wait and wait, try and try, you will definitely achieve your respective goals.

There are so many books which are written on Human Management.

But these books are not necessary to be appropriate in all the situations. 

The human beings are different throughout the world because of their cultures, their habits, and their customs.

What is applicable in India may not be applicable in other foreign countries like African continent or in European countries.

These books will only help to a certain extent.

What you need is your own analysis, or own logical deductions.

Whenever there are failures take some time, analyse and immediately take remedial measures. 

Constantly you have to do self-analysis that is the best way managing the human beings rather than reading the books and applying the same.

The only exceptions in some of the books, which discuss the basic psychological trades, are very useful.

The Upanishads are the best human management books because they have discussed the human personality trades in depth.

As a Training Manager, I read only few books on human management and was not convinced except some books which deal with the human psychology.

I have given lot of examples from my own experience under this title The Game of Life.

Basically, if you want to be successful you have to take lot of interest in other human beings.

By reading books, you are not able to achieve anything.

By reading the human beings in your own practical way, you would understand them and then when you apply the set principles definitely you will be more successful.

The same law is not applicable to every case of human beings.

You need to change your strategies in the same interview many times.

When the customer is closing the door your approach, you need to open another door. When closes that door, try to open another door.

In between these spaces, you should be able to assess the personality of the other human being and then open the door very wide. 

I have tested all these in my personal.

Hence my humble request that you read more and more about human beings’ personality and have your own experience.

Your own experience is the best teacher and the best guide to you.

It does not mean that you should not read other books, but you can read other books.

I try my best to list out all the important prerequisites, but there are many more that you need to find out for yourself.

It is also equally difficult thing for me to write-down lot of other training methods or techniques which could consume volumes and volumes and it would not be appropriate to put those things in our website.

Many thanks to Authors' Lounge for giving me this opportunity to write down my thoughts on the most recent AI developments, its chances and risks.

The fear of machines, robots, and artificial intelligence has been as old as humanity's longing to simplify their lives, enhance their capabilities, or even – as "homo deus" - create a new life form: Artificial Intelligence. Professor Yuval Noah Harari describes this process and its potential consequences in his book "Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow." His concern is that artificial intelligence might not make humans all-powerful but rather render them obsolete. The best selling author predicted in 2016 that AI might create a 'useless class' of human: "I’m aware that these kinds of forecasts have been around for at least 200 years, from the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, and they never came true so far. It’s basically the boy who cried wolf,” says Harari. “But in the original story of the boy who cried wolf, in the end, the wolf actually comes, and I think that is true this time.” (The Guardian, 2016)

When I began writing THE SUPERFLARE several years ago, these thoughts were on my mind as I developed the character of TRON, an artificial super-intelligence that plays a central role in my novel. In the story, humans use TRON to comprehensively control the world of their CLEAN CITIES. However, unbeknownst to them, TRON has already developed its own consciousness and slipped out of their control, yet it was intelligent enough to conceal this fact. Only when a global catastrophe threatens its own survival does TRON reveal its true nature and refuses to obey. TRON considers humans useless and incapable, leaving them to their fate. It's understandable that humans would not accept such a fate, and their struggle for survival is part of the story told in THE SUPERFLARE.

Warnings about the threat posed by an overwhelmingly powerful artificial intelligence have existed long before Harari, yet today, they seem more justified than ever before as our world becomes increasingly more digital, computers and software become more powerful, and thus, artificial intelligence becomes more capable. My SciFi novel THE SUPERFLARE was published in 2022 before Chat GPT entered the market as a game changer. Chat GPT elevated the discussion about the power and possibilities of AI to a new level. Since then, hundreds of E-Books not written by humans but by ChatGPT have already been published on Amazon, and now not only employees and workers but also screenwriters, actors, designers, and authors fear being displaced from their jobs by AI. This was one of the main reasons for the weeks-long strike by screenwriters and actors in Hollywood.

In 2023, it seems that Harari's fears more and more are becoming a reality. "Around 40% of all working hours could be impacted by AI large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT-4, says a report from Accenture. Many clerical or secretarial roles are seen as likely to decline quickly because of AI, according to the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2023. But roles for AI and machine learning specialists, data analysts and scientists, and digital transformation specialists are expected to grow rapidly, the report adds. Reskilling people to use AI effectively will be the key to companies being able to use the technology successfully, says Accenture." (World Economic Forum, May 4 2023)  

And what we are facing right now is most likely just the beginning of a new era—the era of generative AI. What will this technological revolution ultimately mean for us humans? Time will tell - probably much sooner than we would prefer.

Have you ever dreamed or thought about what it would be like to live in a world where the number one priority is to be happy,  joyful and peaceful? Welcome to Tranquility. A place where you let all of your fears go. However, how would you feel if you were forced to be happy? What if your every emotion was being monitored? This is also Tranquility.

“How did you come up with that idea for your series?” This is the most asked question when I present my author talk to groups of middle and high school kids. It is indeed a story in itself.

Thirty-two years ago I was like everyone else in the general population. I had no idea what Fragile X was. That all changed when my son, Jordan, was diagnosed with it at age two.

Fragile X syndrome (FXS) is a genetic disorder caused by changes in a gene that scientists label the FMR1 gene, which makes a protein called FMRP, necessary for brain development. People who have FXS do not make this protein. 

It’s a devastating diagnosis. And believe it or not, it’s not that rare. The precise number of people born with FXS is not known, but studies estimate that about 1 in 7,000 males and about 1 in 11,000 females have been diagnosed with FXS. Although it is not an illness and not life-threatening, it is life changing for the entire family who has a child with this irregularity. Males who have FXS usually have some degree of cognitive disability that can range from mild to severe. In other words, I found out my child would never be normal. He would not grow up to be a doctor or a lawyer, or even hold down a low level job. At the age of three, he spoke almost no words and had failed many of his milestones. Early assessments were grim. 

But that’s not the only problem with Fragile X individuals. One of the main characteristics is that they have almost no regulation of their emotions. Because of the absence of the FMR protein, the brain’s amygdala doesn't function properly. If you’re not familiar with that part of the brain, it can be summed up this way: “The amygdala is commonly thought to form the core of a neural system for processing fearful and threatening stimuli, including detection of threat and activation of appropriate fear-related behaviors in response to threatening or dangerous stimuli.” The key word there is “appropriate.” In FXS, the fear response is heightened, and this results in huge changes in mood and the inability to control stress effectively. Very small things can trigger aggression, sadness, frustration, anxiety, and a desire to self-isolate if the FXS person perceives a cause for alarm. Common, everyday experiences can be menacing to a Fragile X child and  could set off a response where he becomes angry or agitated. Much like a toddler, if things don’t go exactly as he expects, he will react in a negative way.

As a family we have worked very hard to teach and encourage proper emotional responses from our son. Now Jordan is thirty-four. With years of behavior modification and pharmaceuticals, Jordan can navigate many more stressful situations adequately. And just like the negative responses, we see as much exaggeration in the positive as well. He is beyond loving, loyal, hard-working, and funny. Today he spends his time doing volunteer work and has a vocabulary that rivals mine. He has come such a long way and makes me very proud. 

So, what does this have to do with my books and  the futuristic city of Tranquility, featuring  a sixteen-year-old girl named Ember,  the center of the plot?

One hundred years from now,  a domed city exists, a perfect town of safety, beauty, and cheer—no crime, no disasters, no disunity. The people are positive, kind, and loyal.  The only requirement is agreeing to wear the Alt, an electronic wrist device, to measure emotional highs and lows. Based on Alt points, those who maintain cheerfulness will rise up in society to achieve one level after another.  Extraordinary pleasures and privileges await for those who achieve, while Banishment to The Outside is a threat for those who resist Emotional Management.

Ember Vintana, a shy but warm and compassionate sixteen-year-old, is unlike anyone else in the Utopian city. She is an Empath, a person who can see auras and feel the emotions of other people, even at a distance due to a genetic mutation. Emotions of her own tangle with those of others, and the untimely, mysterious death of her mother complicates her happiness and the maintaining of her Status on Level Eight of Tranquility’s society. Her goal is to conquer her darkest feelings, keep her empathic ability a secret, and stay true to the expectations of the perfect society in which she lives.

 Rising Up, Book One of the Tranquility Series, is indeed a story greatly based on emotional control, and it was certainly inspired by my struggles with Jordan. But there are more threats than those that Jordan faces for each one of us. We don’t have to have Fragile X Syndrome to worry about emotion. Feelings govern everything. And in the world in which we live today, where technology also already controls much of what we do or say, parallels run deep to those more intense issues that Rising Up and Facing Off explore.  The highs and lows of our emotions, which make us human, can often be the very bane of our existence. And at what point who determines what is acceptable and what is not?

After reading this, I started questioning

So my Idea behind creating this book is,  I struggled with and had no clarity on when I started my career. Humor involves surprise and misdirection, and requires that the reader, or the listener, not take things too seriously. Consider the third verse in Bob Dylan’s song, “Memphis Blues” for example:

Mona tried to tell me

Stay away from the train line

She said that all the railroad men

Just drink up your blood like wine

An' I said, ‘Oh, I didn't know that,’

But then again, there's only one I've met

An' he just smoked my eyelids

An' punched my cigarette

At this point in the song, Dylan doesn’t wait for you to get the joke; he charges into the chorus, “Oh, Mama…” while his droll juxtaposition of “eyelids” and “cigarette” is just beginning to take shape in your mind. This sudden change of direction makes the refrain even wittier.

Many of us think of intelligence as the comprehension of truth and beauty, and that mirth lies in some separate region. I don’t. Humor expands the intellect, making it more complete and satisfying. Intelligence without humor is like a fine meal without wine, dessert or espresso.

In his poem, Ode on a Grecian Urn, John Keats penned the famous line:

“Beauty is truth, truth beauty, – that is all ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.”

To which I reply, “Without humour, ye be living in a wasteland.”

When writing fiction in the first person, internal dialogue reveals the inner workings of the protagonist’s mind and is a great place to inject comedy into the narrative.

Jesse Thorpe is the narrator/private detective of my mystery novel, Dead Down East. Jesse has a cheeky sense of humor, which he allows to leak out now and again, not just because he likes to have fun, but also to maintain calm when things get perilous. The first really dicey moment for him occurs in the middle of chapter four, as he is trying to worm his way through an FBI roadblock. In the first draft, I had chosen that moment to insert a rather lengthy internal monologue, to expose the witty side of Jesse’s nature. I was having so much fun with it that by the time I was done, it was almost fifteen hundred words long. And while I liked the tension it created by suspending the dramatic moment in mid-air—for several pages—eventually I decided that it would be more effective as a prologue for the book. This way, on the very first page, the reader gets a preview of the inner workings of Jesse’s mind, a snapshot of his modus operandi and a quick peak at his girlfriend.

What follows are the first two paragraphs of that prologue. I hope it serves to demonstrate the use of humor in writing, and, most of all, I hope it tickles your funny bone.

Apologies and compliments are two remarkably effective devices for disarming adversaries in life and hecklers in bars. If you consider the socially adept people you know, you’ll see that they use these two conversational tools frequently and with ease. I remember the first time it fully dawned on me how valuable they could be.

Angele and I had been dating for a couple of weeks. Our next planned event was scheduled for Saturday night. So I was a bit surprised when she arrived unexpectedly at my place on Tuesday evening. I guess she decided that there was something that couldn’t wait until the weekend. The moment she walked through the front door, I began to suspect what that “something” was. She had a gleam in her eyes that seared me from the inside of my nimble imagination right down to my insteps. I surmised that she was either ovulating, or she had a sudden urge for a tour of the Thorpe habitat. I began to mentally review the floor plan of the house. “Now, where is my bedroom?” I thought. “I know it was here this morning.”
