CAROLYN SUMMER QUINN, Author and Fine Art Photographer, grew up singing show tunes in Roselle and Scotch Plains, NJ, a member of an outrageous and rollicking extended family. She has a B.A. in English and Theater/Media from Kean University and now delights in living in New York City. She adores history and especially likes the songs and styles of the 1920s. Carolyn is currently the Author of 19 books (so far!), has won dozens of writing awards, and says she is just getting started!

When you're working on a book and a new idea pops up, should you pursue it immediately (also known as 'UP syndrome') or finish your current project first? What do you think is the best course of action?
I usually work on more than one book at a time. It keeps things interesting! The minute I get a new idea for a book I start a document and write down the idea, so I've got the UP Syndrome! I do a little work on it right away and then go back to continue writing the previous book.
