This book is about weight loss, body image and struggles that some face when it comes to losing weight and how we feel about ourselves.
Share some advice for aspiring authors. What advice would you give to your younger self?1. What is your favorite line from your book?
I would tell my younger self to not listen to the naysayers and do what you love. Write that book, go on that trip, live your life. All my line are my favs
What do you like to do when you’re not writing?
When I'm not writing, I'm in the garden, cooking or traveling
Do you have any movie or tv adaptations in the works?
None, that would be a dream fulfilled
Did you always want to be an author? If not, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I have always had a love of writing, but never really thought I could actually write a book. Author is just one of many hats!
How long did it take you to write this book?
This book was a labor of love, it took me about 3 months to fully complete, although it is considered to be a novella.
Do you have any personal connection to the story or characters?
Yes, I have had my own struggles with weight loss and body image, so the character is very close to me
